Membership<\/h2>\n

Midwest National Flying Club is a 507(c)7 Non-profit. We have 12 members, each with an equal share in the aircraft.\u00a0 Our aircraft is located is Midwest National Airport (KGPH) in Mosby, MO.\u00a0 Memberships are only available as a transfer of interest from an existing member.<\/p>\n

Our cost structure is based on 3 things:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Initial buy-in: this is depending upon negotiations between buyers and current members that are selling their memberships at a given time.<\/li>\n
  2. Monthly Dues: Dues are $120 per month which cover our fixed expenses (hangars, insurance, property taxes, etc.)<\/li>\n
  3. Hourly usage fee: Our usage rates are based on dry tach hours.\u00a0 Our rate for the Archer is $45\/hour.\u00a0 This funds our engine overhaul and other maintenance on the aircraft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Membership is open to all pilots although the number of students in the club is limited to 2 at any given time.<\/p>\n

    Membership is accepted by submission of the MNFC Application<\/a> and\u00a0Pilot Experience Form<\/a> and by majority vote of existing members.<\/p>\n
